Swim England confirms dates for 2024 national swimming events – The Home of Swimming | Swimming.org

The dates for Swim England’s national swimming events in 2024 have been confirmed.
Headlining the schedule is the five-day GoCardless National Summer Meet, which will take place at Sheffield’s Ponds Forge International Pool between Tuesday 30 July and Saturday 3 August.
The event attracts more than 1,000 swimmers from clubs across the country, with able bodied and para-swimming athletes are set to compete.
It is one of three national swimming events being staged by Swim England throughout 2024.
The GoCardless National County Team Championships has been scheduled for Sunday 6 October.
Again, Sheffield’s Ponds Forge will host the popular competition which sees hundreds of swimmers bidding to win points for their counties across two divisions.
Yorkshire were triumphant in 2023 as they won the Division One crown as they beat defending champions Kent to the top spot by 31 points.
Cheshire secured promotion as they won the Division Two title, finishing 26 points clear of Dorset.
The final event of 2024 is the GoCardless Swim England National Winter Meet.
This will round off the competitive action of the year with the four-day competition provisionally booked in between Thursday 19 and Sunday 22 December at Ponds Forge.
This date will be finalised in the new year.
Entry information plus ticket details for all events will also be confirmed in due course.
