A private swimming pool has 'reluctantly' been put on the market after seven years of trading.
Edinburgh Swim Studio is located on Thistle Street North West Lane in the heart of the city centre. The private swimming pool has been open since 2016 offering tailored swim coaching to Edinburgh locals.
The owner has now reluctantly put the business on sale due to relocating. The pool boasts an underwater treadmill and an adjustable swim current. Cameras have been placed to allow the coach and the client to inspect the form and progress.

Taking to social media, Edinburgh Swim Studio announced it had been put up for sale and added: "This thriving business is now available as a going concern. The main services it currently offers include a range of pool-based activities, mostly one-to-one, for children, competitive club swimmers, and adults (water confidence, stroke technique, hydrotherapy). Opportunities for development include extending days and times of opening, and sessions for groups."

On Right Biz, the advert goes on to say: "Offering a facility to everyone from non-swimmers to professional athletes, the pool is 14 feet long, 8 feet wide and 4 feet deep.
"When you are not swimming you can touch the floor anywhere in the pool or take a break on the in-pool benches. The coach is never more than an arm’s length away with seating beside the pool for parents bringing children for lessons. There is an accessible shower room with changing facilities, an additional shower room and a swimsuit dryer."
Currently, Edinburgh Swim Studio is only open around four days per week with at least 10 weeks closed each year. This will allow a huge opportunity of new buyers to maximise the use of the facility.
