A mobile phone was spotted being held underneath one of the cubicles in the female changing rooms of a Cambridge swimming pool. Cambridgeshire Constabulary has released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the upskirting incident.
According to the force, the phone was seen at the bottom of one of the cubicles in the female changing rooms at Parkside Pools and Gym, in Gonville Place, Cambridge, at about 3.30pm on Wednesday, October 10.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Anyone with information should report it through the force website using reference 35/76367/23. Anyone without internet access should call 101."
The man in the image is wearing all black and appears to be carrying a rucksack over his right shoulder. He is wearing white trainers and appears to have dark-cropped hair.

Upskirting is a highly intrusive practice, which typically involves someone taking a picture under another person's clothing without their knowledge.
Perpetrators can face two years in prison with the Voyeurism (Offences) Act, which was commonly known as the Upskirting Bill, being introduced on June 21, 2018. It came into force on April 12, 2019.
